Registration

We expect registration to open on March 1st 2025.

Accessibility being one of the core values of CAIS and of the LIS field, virtual participation in the conference will remain free, and we are working hard to keep registration fees for in-person participants as low as possible. Below are our current estimates, which we hope to reduce with sponsorships.

• In-person regular (non CAIS members): 140$
• In-person regular (CAIS members): $100
• In-person student (non CAIS members): $60
• In-person student (CAIS member): $40
• Virtual: $0

With the support of the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences EDID Initiatives Fund, CAIS is pleased to offer a number of registration scholarships to BIPOC attendees. More information on the application process will be provided on this page in the coming months.
