John M. Budd is Professor Emeritus with the School of Information Science and Learning Technologies of the University of Missouri. He has also served on the faculties of Louisiana State University and the University of Arizona. He is the author of more than 150 publications; his most recent book is Information and Consciousness (Rowman and Littlefield, 2024).
